These are the official Terms and Conditions of Use for Kate Bathras Coaching.
By registering for this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
- If you select to pay in two installments, the second installment of $325 will be automatically charged to the payment method you provided one month after you paid the first installment. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize automatic collection of all remaining payments. Payment plans may not be cancelled once the program begins.
- No refunds will be given at any time. If you experience extenuating circumstances that interfere with your ability to participate as expected, please contact Kate directly to discuss the best way to proceed.
- There are no replays available for our calls. It is not a problem to miss a call, and you cannot fall “behind.” All program dates have been provided in advance, and your presence on the calls is highly encouraged in order to benefit from the program.
- We honor confidentiality. What is shared in the space stays in the space, unless you have explicit permission to share. While confidentiality is expected of all participants, we cannot guarantee the actions of others.
- This is not group therapy. We are not diagnosing or treating any mental health conditions.
- This is not a program where specific results are guaranteed, “fixes” provided, nor actions prescribed. This program is meant to support your personal process. You, as the participant, take full responsibility for all choices you make in your own life.
- You must be at least 18 years old at the time of enrollment.
- All are welcome here. Discrimination and hate speech are not. We value diversity of all kinds and strive to cultivate a respectful space in which all participants are free to share their stories and perspectives, should they so choose. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards, without refund.
